• Termination Rights: CenitMind may terminate this Agreement at any time if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services and destroy all copies of the software and associated content.

6. Warranty and Liability

• No Warranties: The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
• Limitation of Liability: CenitMind will not be liable for any damages, including direct, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to this Agreement.

7. General Provisions

• Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CenitMind is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
• Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and CenitMind and supersedes all prior agreements, proposals, or representations related to the Services.

8. Amendment

• Modifications: CenitMind reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on its website or by providing other notice to you.
